Dezireé Teague is a software engineer who transitioned into tech from a career in bilingual education. She currently works at Committee for Children, a non-profit organization that strives to promote the safety, well-being, and success of children in school and in life. Dezireé is passionate about increasing diversity and inclusion in the tech space and is a strong advocate for web accessibility. When Dezireé isn’t working, she is giving back to her community through youth mentorship, speaking at workshops, and inspiring future coders.
